Your inquiry.
Handled with care.
This notice describes the information collected through the Model Deployment Company website.
Deployment inquiries
When you submit a brief, we store the name, email, company, deployment selections, description, and discovery source you provide. We use this information to assess your request and contact you about it. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing.
Please do not submit credentials, production data, personal data about others, or confidential documents. Detailed technical exchanges should use a channel agreed during scoping.
Optional website measurement
With your permission, we measure public page views, inquiry button clicks, form starts, and submission outcomes. Events contain a random tab identifier, an event name, a page label, and recognized campaign tags and a broad source category such as Google, LinkedIn or direct/unknown. We do not put your form answers, name, email, company, raw URLs, or full referrers into analytics.
The site stores your analytics preference in your browser. When enabled, a random visit identifier and recognized campaign tag are held for the browser tab, with a new session after 30 minutes of inactivity. You can change your choice using “Analytics choices” in the homepage footer. Declining optional analytics does not prevent inquiries. We also honor the browser’s Do Not Track setting.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also measures activity on our public marketing pages. Google receives fixed page addresses without query strings, event names, recognized campaign labels, and technical device/session information. It uses analytics cookies, configured here to expire after 30 days. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google tags do not load before your choice, and declining or withdrawing stops optional measurement. Google Analytics and our own counts may differ. Google processes information under its privacy policy.
Infrastructure and retention
When email alerts are enabled, our email delivery service, Resend, processes a notification reference and the operator’s email address. Contact details and the deployment brief remain in the restricted founder inbox rather than the notification email.
The website and its database use the Sites hosting platform and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service. To limit automated submissions, the application briefly stores a hashed IP-derived rate-limit key, scoped to an hour. It does not store raw IP addresses in the inquiry or analytics tables.
Optional analytics events older than 30 days are removed as new events arrive. If no further events arrive, older records may remain until a maintenance run removes them. Deployment inquiries are retained while we evaluate and discuss the request. We review inactive inquiries periodically and aim to delete those no longer needed within 90 days unless an ongoing engagement or another obligation requires retention.
Access and requests
Inquiry records are restricted to authorized operators. To request access, correction, or deletion, submit a brief labeled “Privacy request” using the email associated with the original inquiry. We may ask you to verify that email before acting. Do not include additional sensitive information.
